Kasela Studio is a two-woman brand run by best friends Ella and Kasey, founded in 2019 with the vision of creating high-quality, trend-led pieces for girls just like us. What started as sewing our own outfits for festivals and nights out quickly grew into a brand that’s now known for statement swimwear, holiday looks, and party wear. We first went viral during lockdown for our half-and-half joggers, but our real turning point came in 2022 when travel returned, and we launched our first full swim and holiday collection – the moment Kasela truly became what it is today. The fact we handmade every single piece we sold for six years is something we’ll always be proud of. Up until 2025, every order was designed, cut, and sewn in-house by us and our small team. But as demand grew, we now work closely with trusted manufacturers who we’ve visited – to bring our designs to life on a larger scale. This shift has allowed us to grow while still keeping the same attention to detail and quality we’ve had since day one. While we still hand-make a few signature styles, this step has allowed us to grow while keeping our personal touch – because even as the brand has evolved, it’s still just the two of us behind every part of Kasela. We design every piece, run our social media, reply to every email, pack orders, and build the collections from start to finish. We’re best known for our best-selling ruched bikini, but every Kasela design shares the same goal: flattering fits, high-quality fabrics, and pieces that make you feel your best.
