Salt & Bone is a return to something more honest. Jerky that feels substantial in your hand, holds its texture when you bite into it, and leaves an impression that doesn’t need explaining. It all started with a simple frustration. Most jerky didn’t feel like meat anymore. It was low quality meat that was processed, overworked, and shaped into something uniform and predictable. We went back to what it should have been in the first place, whole strips of solid grass-fed meat seasoned with simple and natural ingredients. Nothing pressed, nothing formed, nothing engineered to look like something it isn’t. From there, it’s time over smoke in a Colorado smokehouse where every batch is slowly worked over hickory. What comes out is jerky that stays meaty, chewy, and just moist enough to keep its depth without losing its bite. We hope you enjoy.
